Team history

Founded in 2016 by two Omanis, Al-Waal Mountain Biking Team aimed to promote the sport of mountain biking in the Sultanate of Oman. In the same year, the team's logo was announced, representing a mountain biker and the Omani ibex, reflecting strength and agility in the sport.

The team also worked on expanding the network of mountain biking trails in the Sultanate of Oman, collaborating with the "Oman Trail Builders". The team successfully built a total of 20 kilometers of diverse trails that combine rugged terrain, technical skills, and downhill riding, providing an ideal environment for riders to develop their skills.

The team continues its efforts to develop mountain biking in Oman by creating more trails and participating in local and international events, further establishing its position as one of the leading teams in this field.
